If there is an issue with your order, please read our policy below to understand your rights and how to return an item.<\/p><p>1. Your Right to Cancel<\/p><p>Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.<\/p><p>To cancel, please contact us at marshcrafts@mail.com<br \/>or 07980 951930 within this period.<\/p><p>You then have another 14 days to return the goods to us.<\/p><p>2. Conditions for Returns<\/p><p>Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.<\/p><p>You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.<\/p><p>We recommend using a tracked delivery service when returning goods.<\/p><p>3. Exclusions<\/p><p>The following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged:<\/p><p>Personalised or customised items<\/p><p>Perishable goods<\/p><p>Digital products once downloaded or accessed<\/p><p>4. Faulty or Damaged Goods<\/p><p>If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, you must notify us within 2 days of receiving it by emailing marshcrafts@mail.com<br \/>or calling 07980 951930.<\/p><p>We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund.<\/p><p>We may ask for photographs of the fault\/damage to help us resolve the issue quickly.<\/p><p>5. Refunds<\/p><p>Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.<\/p><p>Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.<\/p><p>Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.<\/p><p>6.
