Returns and Refunds Policy

At Marsh Crafts, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, please read our policy below to understand your rights and how to return an item.

1. Your Right to Cancel

Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

To cancel, please contact us at marshcrafts@mail.com
or 07980 951930 within this period.

You then have another 14 days to return the goods to us.

2. Conditions for Returns

Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service when returning goods.

3. Exclusions

The following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged:

Personalised or customised items

Perishable goods

Digital products once downloaded or accessed

4. Faulty or Damaged Goods

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, you must notify us within 2 days of receiving it by emailing marshcrafts@mail.com
or calling 07980 951930.

We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund.

We may ask for photographs of the fault/damage to help us resolve the issue quickly.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
